Do you find yourself holding back from experiencing happiness fully? From dreaming up big dreams? From truly believing that you are worthy of love, happiness and success?
If you answered yes, then you are probably living in fear.
Fear of being disappointed. Fear of failure. Fear of being hurt. Fear of judgment. Fear of shame.
Even ONE of these fears are holding you back from allowing yourself to live life fully.
But that’s not a way to live. And that’s definitely what I’m about.
I know that this is a journey. And we might know things, but our humanness…our imperfections….our fears…often hold us back from creating and living a life that we love.
You see, it’s okay to dream, it’s okay to be hopeful, and it’s important to pick yourself back up after a major heartbreak and disappointment, and to keep walking.
In the last few years, I went through a lot of heartbreak, a lot of trauma, a lot of pain. I came out the other end, but I still feel the repercussions of the experiences that I went through.
And one of those consequences is that I’m living in fear.
Fear of being disappointed again when something that I worked towards doesn’t turn out the way that I want it to.
Fear of being hurt by someone I deeply care and love and put all my energy towards.
And fear of not being good enough to live the life that I want to live.
What I know for the present moment though is that I don’t want to live in fear. I want to live fully. And I want to live happily.
How about you? What are you afraid of? And do you want to live a happier life?
