And now, my Bullet Journal has become a tool that I use every day to say on top of my goals and my habits. Every month, I sit down and reflect on the past month, before setting inspired goals for the new month and creating a new tracker.
In my Bullet Journal, I also track small good memories throughout the month as a way to cultivate mindfulness and to remember the small special moments that could easily be forgotten.
