I’m here to remove all those questions because all you need to do is show up with a pen and your journal and press play as I walk you through simple journaling prompts.
To help push your thinking and find answers and to find things to write, I ask you more than just a prompt: I ask additional questions to help you think more deeply about the main prompt.
