The question I’ve been asking myself is : when is it enough? When do I know I’ve done enough? How do I know I’ve accomplished enough in a day or in a week…in a month… in a YEAR? How do I know I’m not being lazy and I actually need to rest and refuel myself?
How do I know whether *I* am enough…?
The answer is quite simple.
It is enough when:
- You’ve done your absolute best
- You’re focusing on being the best person you can be
- You’re progressing overall, little by little
But in reality, the real truth is this : you are enough as you are, simply for being. The simple fact that you are here, that you are breathing, and that you are YOU, makes you worth of all the good the world has to offer.
Love,
Seppy
