In these series, I share a quick dose of wisdom in the hopes of inspiring and motivating you in your journey to achieving your goals and creating a life that you love. This is an excerpt from the weekly Love Letters I send to my mailing list, so make sure to subscribe if you want to receive the full letter in your inbox!
It’s hard to explain in a concise way but what’s been happening is that I generally feel okay, and on days where I feel like my self, I feel excited, motivated, and I get a lot of sh*t done. But then I crash.
And if you’ve been with me for a while, then you know that this is a very common trend in my life. Go, go, go. And then crash.
I just feel drained and frustrated. Drained because I’m overdoing it and I don’t know how to scan back more. Frustrated because I have to scale back more.
But mainly frustrated and ashamed because this is the sh*t that I’m supposed to know.
See, you might know what you should be doing, but doing it in practice is different.
And I wanted to remind you to give yourself grace.
To be kind and patient with yourself, because you are not defined by how much you accomplish in a day, but by who you are, inherently, as a person.
Love,
Seppy
