But what’s important is to make sure that we have the tools and “systems” in place in our lives to sustain us, to help us keep going.
And by “systems” I mean the daily habits that you practice. I’m talking about: eating healthy, moving your body, managing and processing your thoughts and emotions etc.
I know that when you’re going through a hard time, it feels harder to continue practicing these habits, because everything feels more like a struggle. Trust me, I get it.
