It’s been a little while, but I’m back and very excited about the future!
I wanted to film a short vlog-style video to catch you up on what’s been going on and to share with you what to expect next in my YouTube channel, my Podcast and all the good things that are coming your way.
In the last few months, I’ve been taking the time to focus on my health and my healing. The last few years have been incredibly stressful. My whole life has turned upside down, and I am dealing with the physical and emotional repercussions of going through so much stress.
I needed to give myself a bit of time and space without having the pressure to create content. Although I’ve been active on Instagram (click HERE to follow!) and my mailing list (click HERE to subscribe), my blog, YouTube and Podcast had to take a backseat while I’ve been focusing on healing.
And I wanted to take you along the journey to show the reality of healing from a divorce, PTSD, anxiety, while working full-time and building a business.
My intention is to show you how I’ve been approaching healing my mind and body, what’s been going on with my physical health, and the habits and practices I have been incorporating in my daily life to heal.
I’m so happy you’re here and a part of my journey and I hope that you get some inspiration form my journey.
