Our lives are constantly changing, and so our bodies. Day in and day out, we are experiencing and living through our limbs, our organs, our skin and our system. Combine the pressures of life, our environments and our habits, this inevitably impacts how our bodies change.
I have felt lately like my health hasn’t been optimal. I haven’t had as much physical and emotional energy as I would like to, especially in light of the big goals I’m trying to achieve.
So I decided that it’s time for a health and wellness overhaul, with the purpose of feeling full of energy, feeling confident in my skin, and feeling emotionally more “stable”.
In this video, I show you the steps that I took to re-visit my health goals for the year, how I strategized, what I’m planning on doing for the next few months, and how I started implemented my health overhaul strategy.
I wanted to show a day-to-day and behind-the-scenes practical perspective into how you can always set new goals, HOW to set meaningful and inspiring goals, how to create a strategy, and how that looks in daily life.
Your emotional and physical health and well-being is the foundation of your life. If you want to have the energy to be able to achieve your goals, to feel happier, and to enjoy life, then you have to have the physical and emotional resources to do so. Which is why I wanted to adjust my health and wellness approach so that I can make sure that it’s optimized to fuel my mind and my body to help me achieve my big goals.
Creating a happier and more meaningful life means always reflecting and re-visiting your goals. If you feel as though something is missing, or you’re not at the place where you want to be, then it’s time to sit down and re-assess different areas of your life and to take a hard look at hot what needs to change.
Every moment and every day is a new opportunity to make new decisions, to make new choices, and to re-align your goals with the vision you have for the dream life you want to create for yourself.
