I’m also curious to see what others write about in their journals, how they use their planners, and how they stay organized.
It’s no secret that I love my journals (Exhibit A here, here and here). And I do love me a good planner and stationary to make it aesthetic (Exhibit B here, here and here).
So I wanted to share with you a look into how I use my planner and journals to help me stay organized with my schedule and to be more intentional with how I spend my time and energy.
I also show you how I use my many journals to cultivate my habits, and more importantly, to cultivate mindfulness and happiness in my life.
One aspect of achieving your goals that’s not talked about enough is the planning process, the daily habits, as well as the emotions that you are cultivating in the background as you are achieving your goals. I’ve said this many times in previous blog posts, but achieving your goals is not about the destination itself.
It’s not just about the goals, but rather, it’s about the person you are becoming in the process of achieving your goals. It’s about the ideal version of yourself that you are transforming into as you work towards your dreams.
