Here are 3 simple journal prompts for you to do a weekly self-reflection. Let’s sit down and journal together, where I guide you through these simple prompts that will help you reflect and process your week!
If you want to create a happier life, then you have to become intentional with your daily/weekly habits and routines.
It’s no secret that journaling is a big part of my life. Heck, a big chunk of my content is journaling, and is something that I even teach and use as a tool in my 1:1 coaching program. What I love about journaling is its’ simplicity, yet effectiveness.
It allows you to think, process, and just create space for yourself to just BE and FEEL.
One of the habits that I’ve cultivated is doing a weekly self-reflection where I sit down for 10-15 minutes and I reflect on the week.
I love making the time and space for myself to really tune in to see how I’m feeling, what’s going on, what happened…how are things going?

Because the more aware I am of my thoughts and emotions, the easier it is to manage them more effectively.
And then more awareness I bring to what’s going on in my life, the better I can adjust my self-care routine to make sure that I’m making the space and time to take care of myself.
I also know that even journaling is compelling, it can also feel overwhelming. Because it’s such a vast concept, it’s easy to get lost in it – where do I start? How do I start? Am I doing it right?
I wanted to walk you through the process of journaling so in this video, I shared a real-time journaling session where I filmed my weekly self-reflection, while sharing with you 3 simple prompts that you can use for YOUR weekly self-reflection.
