BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 1 | EMOTIONS TRACKER
This is self-explanatory but maybe not a common tracker. However, I found it very powerful to be reminded on a daily basis that I want to feel happier, more mindful, more present in the moment etc.
It’s easy to get caught up in your day-to-day life, but there’s something very powerful about being constantly reminded of the emotions you’d rather be experiencing on a daily basis.
BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 2 | HABITS TRACKER
The more you are reminded of something, the easier it is for your conscious and subconscious mind to implement it.
Cultivating a new habit can take time, but if you have a tracker that you review on a daily basis, then you will be constantly reminded of the new, healthier and more inspiring habits that you are trying to cultivate.
Because the quality of your habits will determine the quality of your life. So you MUST put in the time and energy towards cultivate healthier, more meaningful and inspiring habits.
BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 3 | YEARLY GOALS
If you want to be more pro-active when it comes to your personal development, then you have to set goals for the year.
And I’m not talking about any goals – I’m talking about inspired goals. Goals that have a deeper meaning a purpose.
Another great thing about writing down your yearly goals in your bullet journal is that you can easily refer back to them to set your monthly goals, but you can also look back in the future and see how your perspective on life goals has changed.
BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 4 | MONTHLY GOALS
If you want to achieve your goals and create your dream life, then you have to break down your yearly goals into monthly goals so that they are less overwhelming and more manageable.
It’s as simple as that.
Setting monthly goals will also help you get focused and committed to one step at a time, rather than looking at the whole picture and feeling discouraged.
BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 5 | GRATITUDE
The foundation of your personal development is your mindset and cultivating a more positive and empowered perspective on life.
And one of the easiest, fastest and most effective ways to do that is by practicing daily gratitude.
Writing down the things you’re grateful for in one spot is a great way to accumulate the positive feelings within you, and it can be a source of “support”, on days where you feel low, to go back to your gratitude journal to remind you of all the blessings in your life.
BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 6 | HAPPINESS
Similar to spread # 5, I’ve loved having a place where I write down things that have made me happy. This has been a powerful tool in my personal development because it has given me a deeper understanding of myself, and what happiness means to me.
Especially at a time where I struggled to find happiness, this became a very useful tool that helped me reflect and understand what makes me happy at a deeper and more meaningful level, which in turn, allowed me to cultivate those things more, and ultimately cultivate more happiness in my life.
BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 7 | SELF-LOVE
Another great spread if you’re working on yourself and becoming the best version of you : understanding and appreciating yourself so that you can truly love yourself, at a deeper level.
By adding things to my “self-love” list and adding affirmations and things I love about myself, I’ve been able to see myself from a different light, because I can understand my qualities and my worth. But more importantly, I’m learning to appreciate them.
BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 8 | SELF-CARE
If you want to work on yourself, and put in the time and effort, then you must give yourself the physical and emotional energy to be able to do so.
Having a self-care spread, where you write down ideas of things that help you tune out and regain your energy, is a great way to remind you of how you can take better care of yourself.
Especially on days where you feel drained, and you won’t necessarily think of simple things like going for a walk, this spread is useful to refer back to.
BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 9 | INSPIRING QUOTES
Simple yet powerful…the more you focus your mind and thoughts towards inspiring and positive things, the more you’ll be able to cultivate it.
I love having inspiring quotes in my Bullet Journal because depending on my mood and what I’m going through in life, it’s nice to look back at quotes that inspired me in the past because it will serve as a reminder of what I should be focusing on.
BULLET JOURNAL SPREAD # 10 | BRAIN DUMP
When you’re working on your personal development, there will be a lot of thoughts and emotions that will come up and that you must process as time goes on.
Doing a brain dump is the perfect way to empty your mind and heart to give you more mental space so that you can sort through it all.
